As the 2021 judo international judo federation world tour season will come to an end on 28th of November, 2021 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The judo world governing on 11th of November, released a timetable for the 2022 season on her official website which comprises of 10 grand slams, 1 grand prix 5 continental championships and 10 continental open.
This calendar is rich in the 1000 points scoring competitions( Grand slam) than the 700 points competition(Grand prix ) than any other year. The IJF world tour is expected to starts on the 5th of February with the 51st edition of the Paris Grand slam in France and to be followed by the Tel Aviv Grand slam on the 17th of the same month in Israel. in march, the grand slam train will be moving to Tbilisi in Georgia while in the month of April, Judokas from around the world are to converge in Antalya, Turkey, from 1st to 3rd. On 20th of may, the city of Kazan in Russia, will play host to another grand slam while on the 3rd of June, the fashion capital of Germany, Dusseldorf will busy with high intensive judo contests in the grand slam. Nevertheless, the office country of the International Judo Federation Hungary will also host a grand slam on 8th of July in Budapest. Based on the information gathered on the timetable, grand slam won't hold in summer till autumn with the Abu Dhabi grand slam in UAE on the 21st of October, 2022.In November, the Baku grand slam comes up on 4th and Judo will then return home to Japan with the Tokyo grand slam on the 25th of November.

However, the 11/11 21 version of the calendar might be changed and this changes might either add the numbers of competitions or reduced from it.
